Held in conjunction with Christian Lacroix the costumier Part of Life & Living - Food & Culture Series

The April – June 2009 series of workshops will start with A French Affair – a series of four specially designed workshops held in conjunction with the Christian Lacroix the costumier.

How should the Prince in Swan Lake look? Or the Countess in Figaro? Learn about the importance and subtleties of make-up for opera, ballet, and theatre and how it can work with the costume to complement and complete a stage character. Enjoy a short guided tour of Christian Lacroix the costumier, followed by a discussion and demonstration of how to create a look for a character.
