A French Affair III: Exclusive Cocktails Inspired by Christian Lacroix

The Salon
3:00pm - 5:00pm

Held in conjunction with Christian Lacroix the costumier Part of Life & Living - Food & Culture Series

The April – June 2009 series of workshops will start with A French Affair – a series of four specially designed workshops held in conjunction with the Christian Lacroix the costumier.

Discover champagne cocktails reminiscent of the 1960s and 1970s Paris and London, inspired by Christian Lacroix. This workshop includes inspirations from the centuries before, a period also of interest to the designer. While preparing the recipes, participants could perhaps understand more of his creative approach to design.

Life & Living is the National Museum of Singapore's annual line-up of lifestyle programmes aimed at creating refreshing new ways of discovering and engaging different aspects of history in a relaxed, informal manner. The Food & Culture series places the appreciation of food and drink, fashion and design, in interesting cultural and historical contexts, while demonstrating how they are indelibly linked to the present.
