Soul & Sensibilities is a poetic collection of artworks showcasing the intricate interaction between photography and Chinese brush painting. Seamlessly marrying the techniques of the two mediums, each artwork conveys a unique, meaningful narrative. This collection is the culmination of a year-long collaboration between avid photographer Kwek Leng Joo and master painter Lin Lu Zai. Kwek’s photos reveal the soul of nature while Lin’s strokes and calligraphy add a touch of sensibility, resulting in a new art expression that is much more than the sum of its parts.
