While Italy is renowned for its history, cuisine and tradition, it has also been an active laboratory of innovation in its pursuit for scientific excellence. Italy: The Beauty of Knowledge presents a multi-sensory and immersive experience, spanning themes such as health, environment, space, food and nutrition, as well as cultural heritage. The showcase celebrates the “Renaissance Spirit” and its influence in the Italian quest for knowledge and innovation.
Italy: The Beauty of Knowledge is promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and is led by the National Research Council (CNR) in collaboration with Fondazione Idis-Città della Scienza in Naples, Museo Galileo in Florence, Museo delle Scienza in Trento, and Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia “Leonardo da Vinci” in Milan. The exhibition is organised by the Embassy of Italy in Singapore.
